Valenza Family is a story-first, heavily narrative-driven AVN. While the game will on occasion include choices that influence specific scenes and outcomes, the core narrative remains linear, with a structured beginning, middle, and end. This is a cinematic, character-driven experience, not a sandbox or branching harem sim.

Aftermaths cannot be skipped, and the story will resume as usual. The option simply exists for players who prefer Character A but don’t want to read or see the detailed depiction of an intimate scene with Character B. This choice does not alter the story in any way—it’s purely a small compromise to provide players with a more tailored experience.

Story

“I woke up choking on my own past. I reached for those pills, like they could smooth out the jagged edges in my head. Enough to stop the weight from pressing so hard it crushes me. But they don’t fix what’s underneath. The nightmares never come as memories. No, they come as feelings—like ghosts with no faces, just pieces of a past I can’t escape.”

In Mafia underworld, trust is rare, blood is currency, and survival demands calculated violence. In Valenza Family, you step into the shoes of Michael Valenza, a cunning and often ruthless made man determined to carve out his place in an underworld teeming with betrayals, shifting alliances, and dangerous rivals.  But Michael is also a man with internal struggles and conflict—a heavy past and even heavier burdens. He tries to outrun it all, only to realize that no matter how far he runs, the weight always catches up to him. And beneath the surface of this already dark world, something even darker awaits.

Aftermaths

Aftermath scenes are part of the narrative and cannot be skipped. Choosing to fade to black will skip the explicit content (visuals and narration), but you will still see the consequences and aftermath—which may include characters shown in bed together, immediately following the event.

This is not a branching choice—it’s a viewer comfort feature only. The story acknowledges that the event took place, regardless of whether you watched it or not.

If you are looking for a version of the story where events don’t happen at all depending on your preferences, this may not align with your expectations—and that’s completely okay. But then this title is not for you.

If you’re looking for a typical adult game where you control every relationship or avoid story consequences based on who you like or don’t like—this isn’t that.
