On PC: Looks like the images or the spots for navigation between rooms is missing.

Yeah even I faced the same bug but I went through it by first going to the boat then the rooms , click the door to exit rooms
Super buggy and slow moving story.

Plus I have try the cheat and it still work same as this version but only some of them work but for desiree it will loop and collectables not working(or maybe I just fill it wrong)

go to park first then bus stop is to the left of the gate. dont try to click it from the map

We don't know what the ending is, yet.
You can pick certain characters over others at times, including the mother, but you can't exclude every other character.
