How do you end the party in the new update?
You gotta talk to EVERYONE. A couple sneaky spots are talk to Rusty. From where Tommy is, there's an arrow down the hall/stairs. After that, you can talk to John Boy by the water cooler, then go back to Tommy, and he'll be talking to Quinn. That's where you can end the free roam.
