For all you guys like me, who get the error: This happens just in the 1GB compressed above. Down here, in the comments below on 10th Jan 23:30 someone has posted a 2.5 GB compressed one, which works - atleast from I can tell.

Now I know its the scene with Maya in 0.3. Im still not sure of the problem, but for the option to be available you need 15 RP with Maya.
Just google the walkthrough! And choose the options where there is +ve relationship points maya. Also follow the path of CHick rather than DIK.
You can get it with Dik no problem, just need to try to get as much point with maya as possible, you will probably sacrifice a few Dik points here and there for her but no big deal honestly
