but seeing as champion is gone from the site and this replaced it (i checked, old champion link leads here) im gonna say he changed his name for another reboot......i dont think ill be following this game anymore, really stupid to keep restarting a game, its smarter to just add new scenes into the beginning of the story rather then start all over again, that will require less of a rewrite of the story as opposed to a complete rewrite.......

when ever a game does an interface change (even minor) the old saves will not work as the change effects the game as a whole, if scenes are modified the images will have new names and will not work, the only time you dont have to start over is when new content is added AFTER the end of the previous content, so saying hes wrong and stupid shows how stupid you are moron, why dont you learn how renpy works before runnin your gob, having to restart from scratch with a renpy game is actually common
want an example "dumbo" when the dev added the hint system it broke all the saves so you literally had to start over as the code for the old save couldnt register the changes, why dont you ask a dev what cause old saves to not work, any who use renpy will say every thing i have stated, so why dont you smarten up and do a little research before opening your cock hole and sounding like an idiot, dumbo really are you even old enough to be on this site?
and obviously you didnt bother reading what i posted, i stated that sometimes due to reasons you will have to start a game over (its a common renpy issue), not once did i say you had to start from scratch with this relaunch, so again, really read what is posted before making yourself sound liek a total dumbass
You don't have to start over. If you go into your Renpy folder just copy the saved file from the original folder & put it into the new folder. It will work fine afterwards. Figured I would try that first before deleting the game all together. And thankfully it worked.
To everyone who reads this. You DO NOT have to start over. If you know where you renpy folder is (saved files for renpy games) you can copy the old saved file from the original game folder & paste it into the new game folder. i thought I'd try that first before deleting the game all together and it worked fine.
