Yup. That's a "feature" of the old RPGM system. It only takes a few minutes to get used to it though.
You should speak with your parents about that. It may also need the involvement of a counsellor or a psychologist if you feel strongly about it. You really shouldn't talk about your personal issues here, though.

I don't know how many times it needs to be said on here, but fuck RPGM. It doesn't matter how much work you put into renders, RPGM is 99% guaranteed to ruin the experience.

I don't know how many times it needs to be said on here, but fuck your opinion. Not everyone enjoys the same thing as you. Some people like RPGM. If you don't, take your whiney little ass to the next game and stop bitching. It's really simple, just scroll. Give it a shot.
