This game is good, it would be better with better animations, this game does not have NETORARE but if you have NETORI, 4/5 stars if I had better animations I give you the 5 stars.
You get notified when you can use it. Usually, it's when you're with a group of people, church or subway for example.
Certain events, like church, school and other public places or family gathering.
They're situation specific, mainly if there's a large group of people indoors. The best and earliest example is on the subway, in the women's car.
