The Visual Novel focuses on a male MC being corrupted to enjoy getting penetrated and features branching storylines
Futa on male is very inherently part and focus of the story
However the character first needs to develop to that stage so these scenes will feature more heavily towards the ending of the game
The game doesn't take itself very seriously and contains political satire, Rough Sex jokes and men getting penetrated by girlcock

Umm, it clearly says BELLS and not BALLS? If you would have played the game you would understand the joke behind it. There's a hillarious scene with a cowbell.
