I'm having the same problem the other guy reported and I have tried swiping left to right, right to left, top to bottom, and bottom to top with NO success. I have also tried double taping the screen and holding a finger down on the screen. Nothing seems to work. I haven't been able to save the game at all.
Milfy City is better IMHO. That said this one is fun while I wait for the other. I know another three or four I like as much or better, but this one does have some great content. I wish the new build was a bit less buggy though.
what happens if there is a rollback error?
I was waiting for the gym shower scene in this update but so far no luck. Also menu options are not there. Though pretty good update. Waiting for 0.11b
