It seems you're capable of reading the above post and therefor should be able to read the changelog too.
It does say that they have been re-doing the renders in the beginning of the game and you can choose in preferences to use old or new renders.

I'm thinking maybe Man of The House. In that game he discovers that a female cop is a member of a sex club that you need a token to access.
By far the best game ever made.
