Install game. Once installed, open folder in the directory named "Game". Unzip patch into "Game" folder. Same for Mod. They need to go into Game folder.
It's not finished
Why is the developer adding the nonsense U.S theme to the game? Why do people in the US have to dominate other third-world citizens?
Economics. While America is obviously the largest economy, the disparity in consumption and expendable income is even more significant. For instance, Americans have, on average, 3 times the expendable income that Germans do, despite a per capita income only modestly higher. This means that markets will almost always target America first. You can dislike it all you want, but, in the end, developers will always chase the money.

Who added NTR TAG ,there is no ntr in the game😂, remove it people who don't like ntr won't play it.
