Why on Earth do you want to skip the text? It's like watching a movie on mute or with your eyes closed and just hearing the audio with no scenes..
Is that why so many are bothered because they can't skip text?
First of all, I played dozens of Ren'py games over the past decade. Started in 2015. I know all the features that come with it like Skip Text, etc. What I don't understand is why would you want to skip it? I'm the type of guy that reads the dialogue, and faps during sex scenes whether it's animated or not. Pretty sure, there are a couple of others who play through them like I do.
