making money is very easy, just do research at the begining, you need all the research wich doesn't give bad stats (like -2 hapiness / turn ...) once research is done, create a new serum and research it (i suggest you to save before completing the serum, if it gain some countereffect, the serum will sell for less and i would not use it with girls, you can load and retry ^^ )

After that, all you have to do is hire two girls. One for production and one for supply. I sell the serums myself at the beginning and then I hire a girl for sales and I also take care of the HR. From then on it's just a matter of keeping a balance. If your supplys goes down, then hire another supply girl, if it's goes up, then hire another one in production ...

Easy steps:
1. research 2 basic serum skills
2. then create a design with the 2 skills
3. then research the created design
4. then hire 3 girls - one for production, one for marketing, one for supplies.
5. set up automatic sales in production settings ( serum to keep => 0 ) - then the marketing girl will sell all created serums.

= automatic income

then u let stephanie research new stuff and try to mix new designs that sell for even more. then u hire a few new girls and then u have 30.000$
