No dont follow it you better hire only one girl for supply in early weeks because u dont have enough money if u hire girls blindly especially if girls wage u hire is more than 40$. u better wait until u can make high prices serum or your income more than ur loss. U need do your production and sales and marketing alone in early weeks. and try to get one your serum and give it to your head researcher for advanced research as soon as possible to unlock more value attributes.
My problem with this game why most of the women in this game married or more than 40 years old?
You don't have to do anything yourself at all if you just follow the instructions below. It results in automatic company production and sales on day 3. The only thing you have to do in the first 2 days is researching serums and designs. It's not possible to have more expenses than income with the below strategy.

have annoying things in this game when make serum with many traits u cant see all its traits because its over the screen. the problem is the side effect one.
The update keeos talking bout animations and weights, which sounds like I'm missing something, because only thing I'm seeing is the girl posing with an imaginary person, and that's pretty much it.
The mac version seems to crash every time an animation is supposed to start, is there any way to disable them?
