- Refactored random_lists.rpy file to more accurately break up contents.
- Lists of names (first, last, male) are now class variables of the Person class.

- Levels of sex skill reduce energy cost from sex by 5% per level (truncated to integer value).
- Position class now responsible for calculating effective energy costs for both parties.
- Breast milk based serums now stack properly for identical designs.
This version 31.1 is a dud. Get an error right off the bat trying to interact with Stephanie. Bad enough to have to start over but now can't even play because all you do is deal with error when dealing with a main character. Way to blow the shit up developer. Get your shit together.

It's simple. Research & develop a serum. Produce aka manufacture the serum then sell it
The first 2 - 3 weeks, concentrate on developing a serum, something simple like basic medical / pharmaceutical usage with low research and production costs, then try to upgrade your production line - produce more serum units on every batch, sell more, obtain more cash. Then, when you'll have a steady income (nothing spectacular just enough to cover your expenses) try to upgrade your number of employees and research advanced serum traits.
Don't hire new staff until you created and researched the serum you created.
Step 1 research the medical trait
Step 2 create serum: primitive+medical
Step 3 research the newly created serum
Step 4 hire 2 staff members 1 logistic 1 production
Go to production and produce the new serum, set the stockpile to 1
Step 5 sell serum from marketing option or hire another staff member for the marketing segment.

The art in the first game was good, the girls in this game all look like MEN. Square jaws, big noses, broad cheekbones, wide foreheads...
9 out of 10 of the faces look like men. Specifically, male to female cross-dressers and transsexuals. If that's your thing, this is the game for you. If you can see well enough to make out their faces and are not attracted to men or pre-transition transexuals then I recommend a different game.
I liked the game before but the graphics were messed up. With the new update the graphics work but it crashes every few minutes at random points. Other than its now broke, the women's faces could use some work.
Clean up the bugs and its a solid 4. Fix the faces and its a 4.5.

Can anyone explain how to get to the univeristy?
You need to talk with Stephanie (your Researcher) about advancing your Research. I Think the second time you advance your Research she speeks about visiting Nora and then the University showes up on the main Travel Menu.
Is it crashing for anyone else as soon as you click on any character to interact?
