He got downvoted a lot, but you really do have to save scum shamelessly to get ANYWHERE in this game due to how RNG-based all the events are (just using rollback doesn't reset the random number generator and will just produce the same event again) and there aren't any actual cheats. If you don't, you'll waste all your time not achieving anything because the trigger events to interact with the girls don't come up enough and you won't be able to do enough by the deadline.
I finished the game with the most difficult to get ending with no save scumming. You just have to plan ahead a bit after you understand the game mechanics.
You're right, even though I used save scumming to get best results, I was on day 75 with harem ending unlocked, and with a bit more work I'd get them all pregnant too. The key is to play sandbox to discover everything you can do, and then execute a flawless step by step plan in Normal.
Man, could be a so much better game, but has the piece of shit 1st persona, the sex scenes are garbage, at least for me. And takes forever to do anithing, to simply get the worst sex scenes i ever have watch
