How do you install incest patch I keep getting an error

the game not run in windows 7 just open a notepad with the error message an exeption occurred
This shit is broken (at least with the incest patch, but at least the intro to pure vanilla is just trash). The patch is fucked because it's files dont save over the per-existing ones (because they didnt properly name the files) and after fixing all the bs errors, shit pops errors out at the tutorial fight scene cause the files cant be properly read
TL;DR game works without the patch but its dumb. game doesnt work with patch cause whoever made that is dumb and doesnt know how file override work
How come this sht was rated 3.8?? Patch not even working and without it the intro and pretty much the whole game doesnt make any sense
lol cannot beat even first moster - he regenerates health and keeps blocking . Deleting after few tries.
