I think it really the broken radiator you need to turn on you just have to fix it. the Q. is how? because on the previous version there is no broken radiator on the 2nd floor. Only in the android mod. v.80072. maybe its another quest on the broken radiator you need to find the missing part to fix it. what I didn't get exactly is where to find the missing part of it.
I hope someone with a good heart might help. Haha

There is a bug on the radiator on the sec floor,seems i can't activate it

the radiator problem copy the save file from your current game to any old version of the (i used V.77071) turn it on then copy it again and continue in the new version
many dudes stuck at 7th radiator and i was one of them
someone who suffer from 'RADIATOR' things, must download BUGFIX
