Chip is in the second floor on the right - down. But there is a game bug. You cannot get to the chip if you are in the stage where the guard is standing there and the game does not let you go. You have to find a sooner save like me, before guard is in that room. First go for the chip and then start another event that will lead the guard to go to the room, which lead to room with chip. Pretty stupid game bug! š If u havent sooner save, your game is ruined.
