Find a mac version (version is not important), Download PC version from here. Then on mac version show package content. replace Resources/app.nw directory files (not package.json) with pc ones. put your old save directory under this directory also.

The is a directory under called "save" (show package content => recourses/app.nw/save). You can copy that directory from old mac version and paste it to your new one .
Copy that directory to your desktop and use it to for the future updates also.
yes this will get you to the latest version but you need to restart from the very beginning on MAC
copy the "audio" , "data" and "img" file from windows version to MAC app.nw folder
