I want to download this game on my android phone. Huawei. Should I wait for the final version so that I don't have to start from zero each time a new version arrives? Or is there a way to continue my save game and progress from the previous version onto the new version?
if the dev decided to make some changes to old scenes, or changed the games platform, then your old saves would be rendered obsolete. if not then you can still use your old saves in newer versions, just install the new version over the old one, it's just an update so it should still have your old saves after you install. be sure to have a copy of your old saves outside the game folder just in case it doesn't carry over.
