How to install a Patch or DLCs:
Download the patch. You will have a zip file. Unzip the file and copy what is inside the folder - for example MetF_Chapter_3 0.54 etc.... or DLCs, then paste it in an old version of the game. If you have version 0.90A Final - put it in. If you choose the right directory they will ask you to replace some file - it is quite normal.

Ugh...what a mess! It has really bad English and the player interface is confusing. Looks like it's a Muslim family with financial problems due to an unemployed husband and a sexless marriage. The wife is very devout and being tempted by a "macon" which, I assume, is a young stud handyman who will be working in their rented home for a month. This game has a lot of potential, imo, but it requires a LOT of reworking. I gave it 0.5 stars for the effort...
