What kind of content does incest patch add? Like renaming Linda "mom" or something?

Are you launching it from the extracted version 5c?
the only content released in this update is about Linda/mom.(and a little content of 2 new characters that you'll meet)
so just talk to her every day
has anyone found all the new secret card locations?????
i found some in the beach house and at night all those that was hidden on the beach, but i am missing the last 3 cards.
