For the record, he wasn't on vacation, he wasn't working due to health issues, you need to add time for the time he was creating/releasing the Christmas update, and then development/testing time coupled with recovery. (Note, the Christmas update was just before the health issues, and then recovery, then development, and now testing.)
But yes, he wasn't getting any money while he was off for the medical issues.
