User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
The latest version is currently in testing and is not yet out, as of it's release here you will need to redownload the game file and transfer your saves.
after the update how am i supposed to put it in the my saves ? do i have to re- download the game again ?
You have to download the new version of the game. The save files will be there in the new game automatically.

i cant open the images, it said " it looks like we don't support the file format" what i suppose to do?
