The key may be found in the aunt's wife's room on one of the days, it requires climbing to look in the window several times before you're in the house and looking around.
F.I.L.F., Man of the house,My cute roommate, and deep impact are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head.
High Rise Climb, Corruption, FILF, Man of The House, and Mystic Manor, are the only real ones with BIG open worlds that sort of exist like this. There's others that are like this in a smaller extent, like Harem Hotel.
