Can someone give me the scoop on the save game status in this game? I've tried everything mentioned on this page + patreon, and the game just won't save for me, no matter what I try. So far I've tried a fresh install w/ public and patreon builds, downloading savegame files pinned throughout this thread, and tried dropping the savegame file in different parts of the game folder, and nothing seems to work. I'm kinda pissed, as I spent 10+ hours lastnight grinding the game away and lost it all. TIA
Just wanted to touch base with everyone how to fix the save game issue. I fiddled around adding security full control permissions to the main folder, and gave admin permissions to the R-Life.exe program. I launched the game, built the tent+camp fire, then did a save+24h sleep (crouch down and activate sleep mode in the tent), then did another save. After I quit game and relaunched, the save file+folder is dropped into the R-Life directory. Hope this helps. Great game btw, this is a well made RPG
I want to share another bug+bug fix I've encountered along the way. There's been lots of talk about dungeon 1 not allowing sex or detention with Lizard Girl due to 'Not Enough Lust'. Nobody seems to be able to explain this or been able to fix it, but I accidentally stumbled across a fix for it tonight. I got frustrated, left her, and backtracked to go find the 2 hidden doors on the level. Once I collected the 2 paintings + potions, I went back to her, but this time it allowed me to sex+detention
