I'm pretty sure you can't have Bella submissive and bringing Megan to you and still get Bella pregnant, which I found disappointing. But I'll survive. A good enough game I played it twice through just to see Bella's submissive path and that's not even my fetish.

I suppose someone can upload some saves for you but then the saves would be based on their play through and not the choices you made. I would probably just use the walk through and quickly get back to where you were - I did that when I wanted to see the differences between the love and sub paths for Bella. While the sub sex is better I still prefer the love path to be honest.
that label should be in the extras.rpa file (extras.rpy) - I would suggest downloading the game again and extra to a new folder then copy your save directory to the new install and check again.
