I think the Harem is likely to grow even bigger - remember there are more side characters (Kira, Megan and a few more) that I believe will get some sort of extra time. I am just waiting for the fallout from Mrs Steel and I am sure the MC is going to put her in her place at some point (arrange for her to get gang banged or something).
Holy shit, didn't play for a couple of versions and my goodness there's been quite a lot of progress. I'm very pleased with day thirty nine, and how later you can get both Riley and Iris staying at your house, while your entire family is *you know what*. (I'm going to assume you guys all did what I did.). I suspect we will move to Belugio at some point in the future, but I still don't know.

She can be if you get her pregnant. If you look at the walkthrough you can decide whether she will or will not be based off of a conversation you have together. (All girls also have a conversation where it's decided.)
Wait a day or two. Also, I believe there is a method involving resetting your router, but as I do not know it personally, I **HIGHLY** recommend you just wait the day or two.
Indeed. I did not go down the Discreet path, so it feels like there was relatively few.
