There is a bug in the game and therefore blocked at the moment you have to hand over the screwdriver to Hannah to fix the radio
If You start a new game, this will not happen. Old saves doesn't work 100% and You'll get stuck on the screwdriver sceene.

The calling each other landlord and tenant is a distracting aspect of this game. Somehow the story loses it flow because I don't know anyone who talks like that. It would be better if the developer, would give the player, the option to define the relationship between the MC and the other characters.

How to create a patch:
1. Navigate to the game folder.
2. Create a text file with the name patch.rpy
3. Enter the following:
define landlord = "Dad"
define landlady = "Mom"
define tenant = "daughter"
4. Save the file.
5. Start the game.
You need to replace:
- the Left Double Quotation Marks
ā - and the Right Double Quotation Marks
ā - by simple Quotation Marks

Then this should work.
The updates seem to be getting shorter and shorter.
