The fact that you're replying to that shows how attention hungry you really are.
I think the problem is, that the revamp changed the game significantly. A lot of material that was in the game originally has been cut or altered. I never played the game until after the revamp, but I get the impression there was a much more significant pathway, where the husband was cucked proactively by the wife. Fragments of that lost pathway ( one where Anne asks the MC to 'clean' her out) still turn up in the game, but don't really make any sense anymore.
The game in it's present form, is a complete mess. It's full of dead ends, which I suspect are what's left of a much larger game. At some point the Dev decided to make the game more compact, probably because it had so many threads he couldn't keep track of them. I reckon he also cut the content that was most deliberately NTR, probably because of criticism on sites like this, and decided to concentrate on the hotwifing, cheating and swinging elements.
Potentially a good game, but it sometimes seems the Dev gets a bit lost. In one respect it's very linear but at the same time it is all over the place regarding choices and routes. The stats box is good but I'm not sure the dev knows how it should be used. Also, why bother to include Cheating and NTR if the husband lets her fuck everything in sight anyway?
I love this game, but it's a total mess, and sometimes extremely frustrating when interesting threads seem to lead nowhere. I think the stats box and the NTR content, were both nerfed by the revamp, when a lot of content was either cut or significantly altered. I think the cheating is included because the MC has encouraged Anne to concentrate entirely on her own desires, and the natural progression of that, is to selfishly exclude him. Of course, don't forget that the MC is cheating on her too

This game often makes you choose between one girl or another.
Elena doesn't put out at all, after the first bj she says next time will be sex. Next time you see her, you get another bj... lol. If you turn her down the first time you can have sex with another random girl.
Rejecting the ex-gf emma lets you fuck the wife's mom Josie. If you want to fuck kelsey, you miss out on chloe content and so on. It's not all bad. Some choices are better than others though.
Although the husband is supposedly the MC, his individual path isn't really the main path in this game. It's really all about Anne, and the husband's 'alpha' route has just been included to pander to those players who hate NTR/ hotwifing/swinging. But it's pretty obvious the Dev isn't really interested in that route, so the pathways that include Anne cheating or getting shared in some way, get all the most substantial sex content.
Did u read the final goal in the overview is to make your wife slut and sharing your wife. so yeah like or not the game will always make your wife fuck other people either with your consent or without if u choose it that way.
When the game was revamped, some scenes were cut out of the game, and I think the Elena sex scene ( which should have happened the day after that, was one of those), instead there is some lame excuse for her suddenly being called back to Seattle. There are plenty of other instances where the characters talk about events that never happened, or happen differently, because scenes have been subsequently altered or completely omitted
Is the MC really the MC? It seems to me, that Anne is the MC. It may not have started out like that, but as the game has gone on, the MC has become more and more of a support character, to the real star of the show. I mean look at the sex scenes, the MC gets clunky animations or no animations, whilst Anne gets all the really fluid animated scenes. And her scenes are always longer, and there are far more of them. Why doesn't the Dev just own up, that he's so crazy about Anne, he made her the MC!!
