So you're saying you've played all the pathways, even though it's obvious you hate the game? If that's true, then you're either a liar or a masochist. Because nobody who dislikes hotwifing, as much as you seem to, would show such dedication to searching down every pathway in this game (of which there are many), unless they got some kind of kinky masochistic thrill from torturing themselves with the object of their scorn. Sometimes previous choices can stop certain events happening. The Dev has probably overlooked something, meaning you were given an option to visit the girls, that your previous choices should have invalidated. There are so many pathways in this game, that keeping track of them must be extremely complex. There are quite a lot of dead ends, some of which the Dev seems to deal with by sending text messages, which terminate storylines with girls rather abruptly.

Also, it might still happen on a later occasion, there are a lot of examples of events not happening on the days, the storyline has suggested.
I think the game is over-complicated, there are far too many pathways available, which must make it very very difficult to keep track of all the differing storylines. The result is a lot of minor errors, and events happening on days different to what was previously suggested, or occasionally being forgotten, and not happening at all.

There are so many pathways, it must be really difficult to find all the errors, The Dev has really made his job virtually impossible by allowing the game to develop in the way that it has. Short of starting again from scratch, he just has to accept that errors will occur, and he won't catch all of them. He is creating this game on his own, in his spare time, so don't be too hard on him

He has spent most of 2019, revamping the existing game, so there has deliberately been no new content. This process is now over, so we can expect new content on a regular basis once more. Recently, when asked how many chapters there would be before the end of the game, he responded that he didn't know, but the end was nowhere in sight. Which suggests he has plenty of ideas and content planned for the future.
