A year and half has passed since I had played the chapter 10, when suddenly they started to re-launch a re-vamped version of the same instead of providing next chapter. It's a good way to get money without actually progressing with the content.
By reading the other posts, I thought this was pure NTR garbage...
... yet it isn't.
There's definitely a full NTR option, but it comes with some huge, red warning signs before you take that path.
I'd describe the game as: "your wife is beautiful, she is fully aware of that and she loves to show it to anyone".
She's a full out exibitionist, to state it clearly. The game totally goes towards the direction she wants.
The MC is not a traditional cuckold: he's actually pretty well tooled, muscular. He just loves to see his wife "unlock" her exibitionist nature and most of the time he's going (if you choose so) to be active part in the sex scenes.
So... more than NTR, I'd say this is a game of exibitionism and wife sharing.
Personally, I don't think he's a cuckold at all ( although it's possible with certain choices for him to eventually become one). In essence, he's a voyeur, and wants to share his wife, so he can watch her develop into a slut/exhibitionist. A cuckold has no control, because the wife is the one initiating encounters, which he is forced to watch and endure. In this game, the MC is in the driving seat, he is directing his wife and often her male partners. He's in control of every joint scenario.
Your right, unfortunately many people either don't understand what NTR content actually is, or they have another agenda ie to deliberately troll certain games that they believe don't satisfy their interpretation of what masculinity should be , namely the guy in the dominant role, doing whatever he wants, and all the women just there to satisfy his own selfish desires. The Revamp doesnt give the MC much choices. In tthe normal version,chapter 1 to 10 the MC has got plenty choices.
Too many choices, means the game in its later stages( still to come) grinds to a halt, because of the exponential number of different pathways, which are impossible to satisfy. Even with the revamp there are still too many, for a one man operation to cope with competently. I would have slimmed it down even more
as to what the devs create revamp? waiting the continuation where it stop.

Does he intend this game to be a lifetime enterprise?? No wonder things are slowing down and ideas are becoming scarcer.
He has spent most of 2019, revamping the existing game, so there has deliberately been no new content. This process is now over, so we can expect new content on a regular basis once more. Recently, when asked how many chapters there would be before the end of the game, he responded that he didn't know, but the end was nowhere in sight. Which suggests he has plenty of ideas and content planned for the future.
