It's like none of your choices matter. No matter what I do I end up with Nikki in bed and loose them all. If this is the only ending this game is either no finished or just a messed up game.

I've only been able to get the Mom ending. It feels like when I go back to the start and make other choices I get The Bad Ending.
I think it only says "The End" when you get the Bad Ending and you end up with no-one.
For those who follow this game, we all knew that this was going to end like this, since at the end of the updates there was a very disturbing continuation.
A message for the author of the game if it arrives:
I recommend that you change many details of the story, because otherwise it will end up being crap like dreams of desire (a game with good erotic images but it complicates everything with its history and it bores you or makes you despair).
Correction there is a 5th ending - yes, the bad ending...
