The android ports can't be compressed to go under 2GB anymore, and APKs above 2GB would fail to install thanks to android's new policies.
To continue making android ports beyond the 2GB size limit, some of the game's assets need to be stored at an alternate location.
Please follow these instructions to ensure a seamless experience, without any crashes or bugs:
Updating from a working install of v1.15:
->Install 1.17 standalone/update APK (same branch as the 1.16 install)
-> Unzip 1.17 RPAs, and copy it's contents to - Internal Storage/Documents/Syko134/com.syko134.troubleinparadise/game
-> Download and paste base.rpa to the same location - Internal Storage/Documents/Syko134/com.syko134.troubleinparadise/game
This file will remain unchanged in future versions. No need to download again with each update!
->Ensure the following files are present in the folder:
base.rpa
113.rpa
114.rpa
115.rpa
116.rpa
1.17.rpa
thumbs.rpa
Fresh install:
-> Install the base APK
-> Open the app, and grant storage permissions. Don't load the game yet.
(A Play Protect pop-up might appear during the install, saying the app is unsafe. This is because the app targets an older android version. The app is safe.)
-> Unzip 1.17 RPAs, and download base.rpa, 113.rpa, 114.rpa, 115.rpa and 116.rpa from below
-> Copy/Move the RPAs from the 1.17 zip, base.rpa ,113.rpa, 114.rpa, 115.rpa and 116.rpa to - Internal Storage/Documents/Syko134/com.syko134.troubleinparadise/game
-> Make sure the folder has all of these files:

How to rate 10 out of 5? Not to mention storyline, it was beyond expectation from startup. The chemistry between best friends is just mind blowing.
Yeah honestly this might be one of the only games out there where the incest patch doesn't really make sense, well I mean the "best friend" role here is much much better imo

Actually it's Ren'Py using animations made with Koikatu, so you are speaking out of your ass. And it works on my PC without any error messages at all if you start a new game, imagine that. Don't run an old save from some older version though.

I think what they meant by "Ā I didnāt think that was even possible with rpgm" is that they didn't think even RPGM could have this many "bugs". Not that it's an RPGM game. I personally didn't experience any issues playing this game either though.
very unlikely, rpgm games have pretty much no bugs - at least not engine-related.
ren'py is completely another story... though i usually don't have problems with it, but many people report them.
it's so freaking bad, boring-ass story that puts farming sims to shame, and incredible dork of mc...
