In the game Waifu Academy, you play as young man (with a name of your choice, of course), who wishes to seek revenge after many years of harrowing ordeals... The game features more than 30 characters, each of which is unique and has a (hopefully) believable background. Most of the game scenes take place at a fictional private high school called, 'Sazaki Academy.'

I've never gave this a try and thinking that this is just another Amercican weeaboo made shitty anime trash, then go to play my Japanese hentai game.
But as I go on and play, I find it to be quite well done; the writing are pretty nice, although the conflict arc comes out a little weak at first. I especially like the subtle reference within the dialogue and the scenes. The aesthetic while play out like your typical Honey Select, but ignoring the occasional clipping, they're animated nicely.
But the developer... he's a bit lackbuster on keeping promises and doing two project at the same time. Even though he say something like "this is going to be the biggest update", he doesn't provide enough information and content to keep the hype going.
No wonder he's losing patrons.

Honestly found this when this patch was released, (4 months ago?) and was thinking about backing this guy on patron. Then I seen frustration and a promise of Jan release. So I said, ok I will wait for the release of the next update. Then it got extended to Feb, then Mid Feb, now it is March. So let me be very clear, if he wants my backing this better be the largest update in history. If he slacks, and gives up or less attention to the game, I will never back this developer. Ball ur court.
this guys focusing on another shitty game called waifu hunters and is completely neglecting his patreon, the man wont so much as make consistent updates to his patreons, he only makes posts when his patreon is running low (it was around 1000 and dropping last month before his final post) so he can continue to make false promises of a new update, he just wants your money, and will happily fade into obscurity for months to avoid his patreon obligations, which just makes this stink of a scam...
Aparently the DEV ditched this amazing piece of artwort to waste time in another crappy "fantasy" game (WAIFU HUNTER), as if there wasn't enough of them, goddam weirdos! what's wrong with you?! why can't just enjoy women as they are? women are the most wanderful thing in the world! why the need to add them tattoos, tails and cat-ear's? this was one of the most beautiful expressions and variety of female shapes and sizes, why can't we have nice things? there are not enough wtf's

woo many devs start up a second or even more projects so if they do update them the updates are pointlessly small, once a dev starts up another project before the original is finished im like fuck this im out, not wasting money on this worthless fuck, games gonna end up abandoned (90% of games whose devs do this abandon the project that started getting them supporters...and then they wonder why their supporters pull out.....GEE I WONDER WHY GENIUS)
