The City

San Fernando, a fictional city, has evolved into a heavily militarized zone dominated by hunger.

Residents face a stark choice: remain within the city’s fortified walls or venture into the perilous unknown, where the infected roam. In this new reality, possessing even a small supply of antibiotics can elevate one to wealth.

As the story progresses, you’ll see the emergence of numerous factions—some are menacing, some thrive on chaos, and others are in search of help. How will you handle these encounters?
