After an unusual first week at the hospital, he and his wife Eva visit a family therapist to improve their relationship and find a better balance between work and personal life.

Meanwhile, life at the hospital goes on. Karin continues working as a nurse while studying, and Lana and Dean enroll in the hospital’s university program.

The mysterious M.S.C. program, once known for its “special care” for patients, has been quiet lately… but not for long.
